We print and ship from within your region to keep things fast and avoid import charges.
Printed and shipped locally
Every portrait is produced by our print partners at the nearest facility to you, so most orders are printed and shipped from within your own country. That means faster delivery, no import charges, and a smaller carbon footprint.
Our production network: Australia, Brazil, Canada, Denmark, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, New Zealand, Norway, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, the United Kingdom, and the United States.

Most orders are fully completed and delivered within 4 to 10 days. During busy or seasonal periods, printing and delivery may sometimes take longer.

Packaging
- Small prints are shipped flat in protective hard-backed packaging
- Larger prints are carefully rolled in poster tubes
- Framed portraits are boxed and arrive ready to hang
- Parts of your order may be shipped separately to ensure safe delivery
- We use sustainably sourced materials and recycled, biodegradable packaging wherever possible
Packaging may include Print & Paw branding. We do not currently offer guaranteed plain packaging or personal note inserts.
Good to know
- Revision requests will add 1 to 2 working days while we prepare your updated preview
- We allow up to 72 hours for preview approval. If we don't hear from you, we may proceed with printing
- Production and delivery times may increase during busy or seasonal periods such as the run-up to Christmas
- Delays caused by delivery companies are outside our control, but we'll always help resolve any issues
