Your portrait is created, approved, printed, and delivered in a clear four-step process.
Printed close to you, where possible
We work with Gelato's production network so most orders are printed and shipped from within the buyer's own country or region. Availability depends on the product and destination. In the common case, this means no import charges for you.
We currently serve the United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Eurozone, Australia, and Denmark.
How long does it take?

Most orders are completed and delivered within 4 to 10 days. Production and delivery can take longer during busy or seasonal periods.

How your order arrives
- Small prints are shipped flat in protective hard-backed packaging.
- Larger prints are carefully rolled in poster tubes.
- Framed portraits are boxed and arrive ready to hang.
- Parts of an order may arrive separately so each item can be packed safely.
- We use recycled and biodegradable materials wherever possible.
Packaging may include Print & Paw branding. We do not currently offer guaranteed plain packaging or personal note inserts.
Nothing is printed or shipped until you approve your preview. If your parcel arrives damaged or something goes missing, contact us and we'll help put it right.
