We want everyone to fall in love with their portrait. That's why we send you a free preview and offer unlimited revisions to make sure you're fully happy before we print it.

In the unlikely event that you still don't like it even after the revisions, we offer a full refund, making your purchase completely risk free!

Once your order is approved and shipped however, due to the personalised and bespoke nature of our products, unfortunately we are unable to offer returns unless the item arrives damaged. That said, in the unlikely event you're not happy once you receive your portrait, we'll always work with you to try and make it right and ensure you're happy.
