Shipping & Delivery
Every Print & Paw portrait is produced by our print partners in one of 15 countries worldwide, so most orders are printed and shipped locally. That means faster delivery, no import charges, and a smaller carbon footprint.
Timeline
- Preview: Within 48 hours of uploading your photo (24 hours with Priority Preview)
- Production: 1-3 business days after you approve your preview
- Delivery (prints): 2-5 business days
- Delivery (framed): 3-7 business days

Free shipping thresholds
- United States: orders over $84.99
- United Kingdom: orders over £74.99
- Canada: orders over C$99.99
- EU: orders over €84.99
- Australia: orders over A$124.99
Below these thresholds, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order.
Packaging
- Small prints are shipped flat in protective hard-backed packaging
- Larger prints are carefully rolled in poster tubes
- Framed portraits are boxed and arrive ready to hang
- Parts of your order may be shipped separately to ensure safe delivery
- We use sustainably sourced materials and recycled, biodegradable packaging wherever possible
Good to know
- Revision requests will add 1-2 business days while we prepare your updated preview
- We allow up to 72 hours for preview approval. If we don't hear from you, we may proceed with printing
- Shipping times may increase during busy periods such as the run-up to Christmas
- Delays caused by delivery companies are outside our control, but we will always help resolve any issues
