Before you make your mug

Will I see it before it prints?

Yes. We send your portrait proof first, and revisions are included. The mug only moves to production after you approve the artwork.

Do I have to add names?

No. Choose Classic, Cursive or No name. When names are included, each one sits above its own pet without ampersands.

Where does each pet appear?

One pet repeats on both sides. Two pets sit on opposite sides. Three pets use the left, handle-opposite centre and right viewing angles.

Can I add four pets?

Not on this 11oz layout. We cap it at three so every face remains clear and readable.

Is the mug dishwasher and microwave safe?

Yes. The glossy ceramic mug is suitable for both everyday dishwasher and microwave use.

When will it arrive?

Your delivery estimate appears at checkout. Production starts only after proof approval, so requested revisions can move that date.
