Will it look like my pet?
That is the point. We work from your photo to capture the features and expression that make your pet recognisably theirs. You will see the finished artwork before it goes to print and can ask us to adjust anything that does not feel right.
When do I get my preview?
After you place your order and upload your pet photo, we create your artwork and send a digital proof within 48 hours. Nothing is printed until you approve it.
Can I request changes?
Yes. You can request changes before print, including edits to the likeness, background, name style, layout, or special details.
Can I upload my photo after checkout?
Yes. You can upload your photo while ordering or after checkout. Your 48-hour preview window starts once we receive your photo.
What kind of photo should I use?
Clear, close-up photos work best, especially where we can see your pet’s face and eyes. If your photo is not perfect, send the best one you have. If it will not work well, we’ll let you know before starting.
How long does it take?
Your digital proof arrives within 48 hours of receiving your photo, or within 24 hours with Priority Preview. After approval, printing and shipping usually take 1–3 working days, with delivery typically taking another 1–4 working days depending on your region.
Can I include multiple pets?
Yes. Choose 1, 2, 3, or 4 pets when building your portrait. Each extra pet adds a small charge because it requires more artist time.
Can this be a gift or memorial portrait?
Yes. They make deeply personal birthday, anniversary, remembrance, and just-because gifts. You can add dates, a memorial message, a halo, paw print, or another meaningful detail when personalising your portrait or reviewing the proof.
Can I choose the background, name style, and frame?
Yes. Choose your background and name style during personalization, and choose your frame and size in the product options. You can still request changes when reviewing your proof.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to the UK, US, Canada, Australia, and across Europe. Orders are printed and shipped locally wherever possible to reduce delivery times and avoid import charges.
What is your refund policy?
If you do not love your proof, you can receive a full refund before production. If your print or frame arrives damaged, we’ll replace it free of charge with no return required. And if anything else does not feel right when it arrives, just message us and we’ll help get it sorted.
